Lava Flow Hualalai

The extension of the volcanic lava flow after the eruption of a volcano can be estimated with the use of the Barcelona Supercomputing Center Lava Dispersion Model. In this case we estimate the extension of the lava flow after eruption of the Hualalai volcano in Hawaii, US. The lava flow descends towards the sea damaging basic infrastructures such as roads and powerlines.
